"With Brand24, I can track the effects of my social media and e-PR activities in this tool almost instantly. I get notifications about new mentions of the brands I am responsible for. And I can very easily adapt it to my needs by changing or fine-tuning the keywords. I believe that the invoice management system could be better. There should be an option to automatically send the invoice to a specific person or integrate it with popular invoice management systems."
